SUPPORTING THE BRITISH FROZEN FOOD INDUSTRY
Kent TV have recently been producing films about companies who are based in Ashford, Kent. Ardo UK was filmed for the series, the film of which can be viewed below.
At the end of June, Ardo UK had an unannounced inspection from Ashford Borough Council's Environmental Officer.
The great news is that we have achieved a maximum hygiene rating of 5 stars for 'Scores on the Doors', which is a food safety inspection programme for all food businesses. Scores on the Doors is a scheme supported by the Food Standards Agency where food businesses will be asked to display a rating from zero to five stars on their doors or windows. This shows how well they are complying with food hygiene law.
As we received the maximum star rating, we were also awarded a 'Clean Food Award' which states that we received an 'Excellent' food hygiene rating, the highest food safety rating within the Borough of Ashford.
